1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

 

We offer a 30-day return policy for most products purchased from our Shopify store. To be eligible for a return or refund, items must meet the following criteria:

 

The return request is submitted within 30 calendar days from the date you receive the order.

 

Products are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

 

Custom-made, personalized, perishable, clearance, and final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged.

 

Gift cards and digital products are excluded from return and refund eligibility.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

 

Personalized/customized products

 

Perishable goods

 

Clearance and final sale items

 

Used or damaged items (not due to manufacturing defects)

3. Return Process

 

1. Contact Us: Submit a return request via customer service email with your order number, product name, clear photos of the item (if applicable) and detailed reason for return.

 

2. Approval: We will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number within 2-3 business days. Returns without an RA number will be rejected upon receipt.

 

3. Return Shipment: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, mark the RA number clearly on the package, and ship it to the designated return address provided in the approval email.

 

4. Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is caused by our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product, incorrect order).

 

4. Refund Processing

 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of refund approval or rejection within 3-5 business days.

 

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your payment service provider.

 

We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee (up to 15% of the product price) for returned items that are not in resalable condition.

 

5. Exchanges

 

We do not provide direct exchange services. If you need to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item separately.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and original packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, and cover all related return shipping costs.
