1. Order Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and Hong Kong public holidays) after payment confirmation and verification.

 

Orders placed on weekends, Hong Kong public holidays or during peak sales periods (e.g., festivals, promotional events) will be processed on the next business day, and processing may be slightly delayed due to order volume.

 

2. Shipping Destinations

 

We provide international shipping services to most countries and regions around the world. Shipping eligibility for specific destinations will be displayed at checkout.

 

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

 

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time varies by destination, generally 7-21 business days after shipment.

 

Express Shipping: Available for select destinations, estimated delivery time 3-7 business days after shipment (additional fees apply).

 

The above delivery times are estimates only, and do not include order processing time. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, extreme weather, carrier delays, or international logistics disruptions.

 

4. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, product dimensions, shipping destination, and selected shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete the payment. We may launch free shipping promotions for orders over a specified amount from time to time, subject to the latest announcements on the Site.

 

5. Order Tracking

 

Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address, which includes the tracking number and logistics carrier information. You can track your order status in real time through the carriers official website using the tracking number.

 

6. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

 

For international orders, customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, inspection fees and other charges imposed by the destination country/region. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or customer refusal to pay relevant import fees.

 

7. Undeliverable & Lost Packages

 

If a package is marked as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. Additional shipping fees will be charged for re-delivery.

 

If your package is lost or missing during transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will cooperate with the logistics carrier to investigate the issue, and provide a free replacement or full refund once the loss is confirmed.

 

8. Address Modification

 

You may request to modify the shipping address only before the order is shipped. Once the package is dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.
